Adding a coffee table to your camper or motorhome lets you turn empty space into extra storage, extra seating, or a place for working or dining.

Lift top coffee table

Where to buy it:

Amazon.com

What I love about it:

This stylish lift coffee table would make it easier to sit on the sofa to eat or work on a laptop, and the extra storage would come in handy also.

What I love about it:

Same reasons as above, but this one would be a better fit for some decor styles.

Nesting Tables

Where to buy it:

Amazon.com

What I love about it:

Nesting side tables

A set of nested tables could be pushed together when you bring your slides in, and expanded when you need more surface area.

Narrow Coffee Table

Where to buy it:

Amazon.com

What I love about it:

At just around 15″x31″, this cute coffee table is would be perfect in a smaller camper.

White table

Ottoman with tray top

Where to buy it:

Amazon.com

What I love about it:

A storage ottoman bench is what we use for a coffee table in our RV.  We store shoes in it, and it's handy to be able to sit on it while putting our shoes on.  This one is nice because when the lid is flipped over, it has a hard surface to set drinks on.  It comes in a couple of different color options.

Ottoman

Smart lift top ottoman

Where to buy it:

Amazon.com

What I love about it:

This storage ottoman is cheaper than the one above, but the main thing that stood out to me was the way the lid lifts from each side, meaning you could leave a tray on top to set drinks on without having to move it to access the contents; you could just slide it to one end.  This ottoman comes in several color options also.

Storage ottoman

Farmhouse trunk with distressed wood design

Where to buy it:

Amazon.com

What I love about it:

This coffee table is made out of reclaimed wood.  It's not as heavy as you'd think, either (it weighs 30 pounds).

Rustic bench

Drop leaf coffee table

Where to buy it:

IKEA.com

What I love about it:

This table leaves you with more space for activities since you can keep the leaves folded down unless you are using them.

Two-direction lift top coffee table

Where to buy it:

Amazon.com

What I love about it:

This multi-directional lift coffee table would be especially convenient for allowing multiple people to sit on a sectional to eat, perhaps eliminating the need for a separate dining table.

Have you checked out the sofas in this blog post? Also, if you choose to purchase a sofa that comes unassembled (such as most that you order online) then you don’t have to worry about fitting it through the door – you can just put it together inside the RV. 🙂
