You’ve seen the beautiful “before and after” shots online

You think “I could do that”! You start day dreaming about how you would design your space, what a fun time you’d have doing it, and you start to get excited about jumping in.

But then reality starts to sink in.

Just how are you going to pull this off?

You know RVs are not built like houses, so what special things do you need to know?

You know RVs vibrate when they’re on the road, so what adhesive will hold up to that?

You know water damage is rampant in RVs, so what happens when you find it? But wait… what does water damage even look like!? And water damage can mean mold! Ah!!

Have no fear fellow Nomad. We are here for you.

We have combined our multitude of circumstances, learning experiences, and technical training into one place for all new RV renovators.

We have 16 years of full time RV living experience. We’ve hauled our personal renovated RVs over thousands of miles and have been able to test the construction techniques in the real world. And boy… that has taught us a lot. Until you’ve experienced it for yourself, you’ll never know what wild and weird things an RV will do on the road.

We are the only RV renovators to be invited into the industry. Keystone RV Company gave us the keys to their castle when they asked us to build the Ultimate Montana, then the Ultimate Fuzion. During these builds, we had access to facilities and people that only a very small, handful of people have access to.

That experience gave us answers to questions that we didn’t know to ask. We cannot begin to put into words what that did for us.

And now we get to pass this special knowledge onto you.

We went through the school of hard knocks so you don’t have to.

We have left no stone unturned for this course. Some of the many subjects and considerations we go over are:

Showers: How to know if you can rebuild yours, what products to use for the surround and how to install them, what you need to know about shower pans before buying, what products we do not use, installing drains in tight areas, waterproofed backer and more.

Flooring: When to use planks or sheet vinyl, how to trim out the slides and the stairs, gluing it or leaving it floating, what to consider about baseboards and more.

Lighting: Upgrading your original lights to can lights, converting 120V light fixtures to 12V, what weird thing you’ll need to consider about your original lights and more.

Backsplash: How to know when to install real tile or peel and stick, the special mounting technique we use for real tile (that has proven to hold up), the special grout we use and more.

Furniture: How to install, how to mount for travel days, our favorite configuration and more.

Accent walls: How to get the shiplap look if you don’t own a saw, how to install board and batten (even on a rounded wall) and how to prep your accent walls for 12V charging ports.

The basics: The basics of electric, plumbing, RV structures, weight, water damage and more.

Design: How to get your space feeling like your own, how to narrow down your inspiration, and what pieces to order early so you can get your colors correct.

The progression: The steps we do first, what to do before you even start your renovation and the system we use to keep ourselves organized.

Tools: Our favorites, and what you will need for each task.

And so… much… more…

This course has been a long time in the making.

Trying to break down all of this incredible information was a daunting task. How in the world do we create a “one size fits all” solution when everybody is doing custom work to their RVs? The number of ways we could present it was endless.
